Click Content Placeholder
The content placeholder element is for you to use when creating a custom page template for your posts. So when a visitor clicks through from your blog page for a post this element contains all of the post information for it to display.
Its easier to show you.The content placeholder also works for making custom product pages with WooCommerce.
Enter a Title For Your Element. This will allow you to find items on your page later quickly. If you’re using for a blog post, name it post if it is being used for a blog archive name archive. For a WooCommerce product page name it product.
Here you can adjust the margin. This is the space around your element.
You can animate any element you want, simply select a animation effect.
From the list…
Click “Save Page”
Now if we click “View Page” it will not show anything as this element is dynamic…This will become clear in a second.
To make it show our blog posts we need to configure it so that Pro Styler Theme knows to use it for your blog posts etc…
So let’s navigate on the menu to ProStyler > Content Settings.
Then scroll down the page.
This is the section we need, form here we need to select the page we created with the “Content Placeholder” element in.
So for this training we created a page earlier called posts and placed the content holder inside it.So we use the dropdown to select the page we made “Posts”
Then click “Save Changes”
Now in order for us to check that the content placeholder is working we need to go to it from our main blog page.So click “Example Post 1”
As you can see, this now loads our posts inside our page.Any blog post we click on from the main blog page will now use this template.
