Why is the demo importer not working for me?
Demo importer normally fails because of one or more of the following reasons:
1. Old version of the theme
2. Maximum allowed time a script can run on your server
3. Maximum memory a script can use
4. File permissions
Solution #1: For reason 1, make sure you are running the latest version of the theme. If not then please update from within wp-admin.
Solution #2: For reason 2 & 3, please download the attached php.ini file and place it in your wp-admin folder via FTP upload. (please note if you are using GoDaddy hosting, duplicate and rename php.ini to php5.ini and upload them both.)
Solution #3: For reason 4 or if above solutions didn’t fix the issue, please create a ticket with your wp-admin and FTP login details
I keep getting a memory error how do i fix this?
If you get error such as “Fatal Error: memory size of xxxx bytes exhausted…” when saving settings it means the memory allowed by your hosting was not enough for that particular task.
Please download the attached php.ini file and place it in your wp-admin folder via FTP upload.
After doing the above, change any of the colors once in the theme settings and click on save, this will regenerate your CSS with correct colors.
If the above solution does not fix your issue then we suggest you contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory allowance for your account.

After updating my theme settings are gone why?
First make sure you are running the latest version of ProStyler
Its most likely that your settings are still saved however your site is not displaying as it was before because the settings were not applied to the theme.
Simply do the following and it should be alright.
1. Go to wp-admin > ProStyer
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. There you will find the link “Click here to force regenerate stylesheet”, click it and wait till page loads
This will regenerate the css (theme style sheet) with your settings
Please remember to clear your browser’s cache and/or refresh your site twice so latest changes are shown.
My licence key is not working how do i fix this?
This can happen for 2 reasons. The first is when you have spaces before or after your LICENSE KEY. The second is when you have enter your domain in the licence section with http:// or www.
Reason 1 fix:
1. Go to wp-admin > ProStyler > License
2. In the key field, delete any space you have before or after the key, this can be checked my putting your cursor.
3. After removing any such spaces, click on activate
4. Try to unlock the bonus again and it should be alright
Reason 2 fix:
Ensure you have entred your domain as domain.com if you are running on local host just enter localhost and sumbdomains just enter as yourname.domain.com
Changing settings has no effect on my site?
If you are unable to see changes in your site after changing theme settings such as colors etc, its possible that your browser is caching file (storing offline copies).
So please clear your browser’s cache so latest changes are shown to you. Also refresh your site page twice, this helps clearing cache most of the times.

The .PO File is already included with the theme in languages folder
